Delivery Time
It will take approximately 10 weeks to manufacture and ship your order as most purchases made on our website are made to order. After placing your order, you can track the status of your shipment by inquiring at shop@alliajewelry.com
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for all orders shipped within USA, India and Thailand. For orders shipped outside of these countries, you will be billed a flat rate of $60. Customer is responsible for any custom duties charged for jewelry imports from the US.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return within 7 days after receipt of product for either Allia credit or exchange. Please include copy of your invoice and all original items shipped within the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Repairs
If an order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition,please inform us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience if this occurs. Please ship the order back within 7 days and we will have it repaired at the earliest. If a product needs repair after a years purchase then please email us and we will assess the cost of the repair first and inform you.
Tax
Sales tax is currently applied to the majority of shipping addresses within the United States. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order without penalty within the first two days within purchase by writing shop@alliajewelry.com
Sizes
The bangles are currently only available in size 7 (2.5 inches Inner Diameter) and the rings in size 7. Ring sizes can be altered 2 sizes up or down.
